I’m Paul Bowers: seasoned leader, supportive mentor, effective consultant. Endlessly curious and an avowed generalist.

Nerdy about how strategy, governance, culture and leadership all fit together, I’m always thinking how to get things done and done better.

I hold a first class Honours degree in chemistry, a Masters in communication and a certificate in coaching. I’m a former elected committee member of the Australian Museums and Galleries Association, graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors’ Company Directors course and a Non-Exec Director of the Abbotsford Convent Foundation.

I spent 20 years creating museum experiences on science, social history and art and leading teams through complex public value projects. Then I ran a national sustainability organisation as CEO. I’ve been mentoring and consulting ever since. Full career CV is on LinkedIn.
